One of Obrecht’s major renovation projects is home to the YMCA of Central MD – the Towson pres-school program as well as the Administrative offices.  This multi-building location required a total interior and exterior rehab of two buildings, a 4,000 SF addition and extensive site modifications.

This project required that we work closely with community groups to ensure that the developed site would preserve the standards of the surrounding neighborhoods, while providing the YMCA with the updated amenities that its operation requires. Extensive zoning and permitting requirements demanded persistent communication in order to meet the needs of the YMCA.
