2020 York Road, Timonium, MD 21093

Obrecht developed and built this site on York Road in Timonium, MD. Existing buildings were razed and the new 50,000 SF jewelry store with underground storage and covered parking was constructed. The building is a combination of non-bearing masonry walls and exterior insulated finish system (EIFS) with a clock tower on the northeast corner of the building. At the east elevation there is a gabled structure which highlights the retail entrance and provides an area for Smyth Jewelers’ prominent signage. The building consists of a large open sales area, administrative offices, and lab areas where custom jewelry and repairs can be made to the products.
