Northwest Business Center Lease Transactions
As exclusive leasing agent for Northwest Business Center in Owings Mills, Maryland, Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC / CORFAC International is pleased to announce four recent lease transactions:
Fazko Edu LLC, which specializes in delivering customized English language solutions to Arabic speaking organizations, leased 4,500 square feet of office space at 7-I Gwynns Mill Court.
Ultimate Electronics, a consumer electronics and accessories company, leased 1,906 square feet of flex space at 11-C Gwynns Mill Court.
Douron, Inc., a leading Mid Atlantic office furniture dealership, leased 12,090 square feet of office space at 11-N and 11-P Gwynns Mill Court.
The Great Cookie, a Baltimore, Maryland based cookie company, leased 3,125 square feet of office space at 9-H Gwynns Mill Court.
