Mount Vernon Building Sale

David Paulson, SIOR and J.C. Beese of Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC / CORFAC International recently facilitated the $275,000 sale of 13 W. Centre Street in Baltimore, Maryland on behalf of Jean Choe, a local owner.

Located across from The Walters Art Museum in Mount Vernon, the 800-square-foot retail building has housed the Gallery Grill since 2010.  The new owners, Jane Huong and Tony Song, will continue to operate the popular breakfast and lunch spot.
