Medical Office Condo Sale

Another successful closing!  Blue & Obrecht Realty’s Gail Chrzan and Patrick Smith negotiated the sale of a 2,300-square-foot medical office condominium at 6830 Hospital Drive in Baltimore.  The building, featuring recently renovated common areas, is part of Seven Square Corporate Park, which is adjacent to MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. Blue & Obrecht Realty represented the seller in the transaction.
