Former Walbrook Lumber Site To Be Redeveloped

David Paulson, SIOR and Paul Obrecht, III, SIOR of Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC / CORFAC International recently facilitated the $1,187,500 sale of 2636 W. North Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland on behalf of the seller, Walbrook Lumber.  The site was purchased by Osprey Property Company.

The purchaser plans to redevelop the 5.4-acre site for multi-family housing.
