Blue & Obrecht Selected to Lease Commerce Center

Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Klein Enterprises as the exclusive leasing agent for the office space at Commerce Center in Baltimore County.

Consisting of over 155,000 square feet, the iconic mixed-use project is strategically located at the intersection of Reisterstown Road and I-695.  The project has abundant parking and has recently undergone extensive renovations in all public spaces, including upgraded lobbies, common areas and restrooms.  The project has a variety of office spaces available for immediate occupancy at 1777 Reisterstown Road in its East and West Buildings.

Commerce Center also features numerous retail amenities, including Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and is adjacent to the Festival at Woodholme shopping center, which helps drive traffic to the project.  Klein Enterprises will continue to market and lease the retail spaces.
