Blue & Obrecht Negotiates 47,000 SF Flex Transaction

Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC / CORFAC International has facilitated the lease of 47,000 square feet of flex space on behalf of Conveyor & Automation Technologies at 66 Loveton Circle in Sparks, Maryland.  Patrick M. Smith and Richard F. Blue, Jr., SIOR of Blue & Obrecht Realty negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant, and Ketch Secor of CBRE represented the landlord.
