Blue & Obrecht Realty Facilitates Leases on Behalf of Ruppert Properties

Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC / CORFAC International has completed three new leases totaling 16,173 square feet of flex space in the Meadows Business Park in Woodlawn, Maryland.  Blue & Obrecht Realty’s leasing team of Richard F. Blue, Jr., SIOR, Paul F. Obrecht, III, SIOR and Wesley Shifflette negotiated the transactions on behalf of the owner, Ruppert Properties.

JanPro, a commercial cleaning company, leased 3,676 square feet at 1708 Whitehead Road; Universal Traders, which provides wholesale distribution of goods to convenience stores and gas stations, leased 5,959 square feet at 1717 Whitehead Road; and EJ Washington Distributors, a distributor of automotive detailing and janitorial supplies, leased 6,538 square feet at 1717 Whitehead Road.

The Meadows Business Park is a portfolio of seven buildings totaling over 300,000 square feet of space.  The Park serves the Baltimore region with immediate access to I-695, offering accessibility to major distribution routes that extend across the Mid-Atlantic region. The Park is adjacent to the Social Security Administration’s headquarters complex, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and FBI Baltimore are within one mile of the portfolio.
