Blue & Obrecht Realty Negotiates Purchase for Hillis-Carnes
Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC / CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Hillis-Carnes Engineering Associates has purchased a 7,400-square-foot building on 3 acres of land at 7840 Kabik Court in Woodbine, Maryland to house their Specialty Construction Group’s new office and operations. The new facility will allow the Specialty Construction Group to continue to provide value to Hillis-Carnes’ increasing portfolio of projects with an emphasis on furthering the growth and expansion of their specialty construction and drilling operations.
