Winners Announced

The top-performing commercial real estate firms and brokers in Baltimore in 2017 were recently recognized as winners of the annual CoStar Power Broker Awards. The awards recognize those who perform at the highest levels in commercial real estate brokerage.  CoStar Power Broker Awards are presented to a select number of brokerage firms and individual brokers who closed the highest overall transaction volumes in commercial property sales and leases within their respective markets.

Blue, Jr., SIORwas named a Top Office Leasing Broker and Top Industrial Leasing Broker; Paul F. Obrecht, III, SIOR was named a Top Office Leasing Broker and Top Industrial Leasing Broker; and David R. Paulson, SIOR was named a Top Office Leasing Broker.
