Blue & Obrecht Facilitates Office Transactions

Blue & Obrecht Realty recently facilitated 3 lease transactions at Sparks Valley:  Pivec Mechanical signed a lease for 3,355 square feet and Wittenbach Business Systems expanded its lease by 3,200 square feet at 100 Sparks Valley Road to bring the building to 100% occupancy.  Rexel leased 8,000 square feet at 120 Sparks Valley Road.

Pivec Mechanical, a full-service mechanical contracting company, was represented by John Harrington of Mackenzie Commercial in the transaction.  Wittenbach Business Systems, which delivers money processing and security solutions for financial institutions and retail establishments, was represented by Skip Hearn of Mackenzie Commercial.  Rexel, an electrical supply distributor, was represented by Alec Mitchell of CBRE.  Richard F. Blue, Jr., SIOR, Paul F. Obrecht, III, SIOR and Patrick Smith of Blue & Obrecht Realty represented the landlord, Obrecht Properties, in all 3 transactions.

Sparks Valley is an 80-acre business community that features 3 existing office buildings comprised of approximately 150,000 square feet, and a 41,000 square foot office / retail building. The retail component is comprised of convenience retail, a bank and dining options. Two land sites are available that can accommodate up to 200,000 square feet of office / flex space, and one additional retail pad site remains which can accommodate up to 4,000 square feet.
