David Paulson, SIOR and Patrick M. Smith of Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC / CORFAC International recently facilitated the $3,750,000 sale of 3455 Wilkens Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland on behalf of the seller, Tsunami, LLC.  The building was purchased by Reza Parvizi, a local investor.

Located on the campus of St. Agnes Hospital, the 39,121-square-foot, three-story medical office building is substantially leased, with many long term tenants.
